Premier Power Electricity Aggregation Pool #3
Premier Power Solutions, an electricity broker licensed by the PA PUC, has developed an Electricity Aggregation Pool that is open to all Penn Power commercial and industrial customers who have not yet selected an alternative electricity supplier. We recently completed pool #1 and pool #2 and the customers that took advantage of these pools will save over $1.75 million as a result of entering into the contracts that we recommended to them.
The pool is designed to aggregate together the load requirements of a large number of small and medium commercial and industrial customers in an effort to obtain a better price from the market than an individual customer could obtain on their own.
We are now offering a contract that begins with the May 2007 meter read of the customer and ends with the December 2008 or December 2009 meter read. Based on pricing received from suppliers in the market, we expect to be able to offer a rate of between 7.6 and 8.0 cents per kWh to all Penn Power small and medium commercial customers. This would represent a savings of between 10% and 15% when compared to the new Penn Power electric rates.
The pricing that we are offering under this program is for all kWh that you consume during the contract period and it includes all of the same cost components that the 8.87 cent rate now being charged by Penn Power includes.
To take advantage of this offer, you need to:
1) Download the Penn Power LOA form attached. Complete ALL PARTS of Section 1 and sign and return to Premier Power via fax at 724-458-5703 along with a copy of pages 1 and 3 of a recent electricity bill for all accounts that you want to join the pool.
After you do this, we will contact you with a price offer and a written contract that is based on current market conditions for your consideration. If you elect to accept the offer, sign the contract and return it to us.
We expect that this pool will be closed out by the end of April 2007 and that pricing offers and contracts will be presented to customers for acceptance and signature before that time.
Premier Power Solutions, LLC is an electricity broker that is headquartered in Grove City, PA and is licensed by the PA Public Utilities Commission (License # A-110170). Premier will receive its fees under this program from the electricity provider that we recommend and that you select. If you elect to join the pool, but do not accept the offer and sign the contract that we provide to you, there is no cost to you for our services.
The estimate of savings calculated above assumes that the 8.87 cent per kWh rate that Penn Power began charging effective 1/1/07 will remain in effect over the life of the contract period offered.
