Michele McCracken

Michele McCracken was a co-founder of Premier in 2005. Prior to forming Premier Power Solutions, LLC, Mrs. McCracken held management positions within the Mercer County PA Government.
As Mental Health Director for the Mercer County MH/MR/CYS, she was responsible for providing public education and consultation regarding the PA MH/MR procedures, laws, and services. She directed a staff of 20 individuals who provided the delivery of services and also found solutions for consumer complaints.
She has been instrumental in developing the corporate personnel policies and procedures as well as the modification of the operating procedures of the company that will allow for the long-term growth of the company. Her other duties include being responsible for the direct mail campaigns, the administrative aspects of the company management, as well as helping to set the overall strategic direction of the company.
