Shannon has more than 25 years of experience working in the retail energy industry for both suppliers and brokers. She has extensive experience in energy market analysis, contract management services, energy consulting and procurement services, and client management. Shannon has developed and executed energy procurement strategies for hundreds of medium to large commercial, industrial, institutional, and governmental clients. Shannon is currently responsible for managing internal procurement operations and procedures, as well as systems and technology.
